Cambridge English follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and covers the CEFR scale (A! Level – C2 Level).. Likewise, SPM English also does follow that scale (CEFR) but the difficulty level is merely up to the B2 Level (FCE).. Nonetheless, the SPM English certificate isn’t recognised by universities globally. To enter those universities, one must sit for an international English Test such as the Cambridge English Qualifications (minimum B2 First (FCE) level).
